You’re here! That means everything to me. 💜 As some of you know, The Generation X Files has recently levelled up with a Premium upgrade — and with it comes a proper site refresh that I’m genuinely excited about. Before I dive headfirst into redesigning things, I want to hear from the people who matter most: you.
This is your chance to shape what comes next. I’m thinking about everything — the look and feel, how easy it is to read a post at midnight on a phone, whether you can actually find what you’re looking for, and whether the whole place still feels like me. Your honest thoughts (gentle or otherwise!) will go directly into making this a better place for all of us.
Specifically, I’d love your thoughts on:
- Design — colours, fonts, layout, the general vibe
- Readability — is the text comfortable to read across devices?
- Navigation — can you find things without a map and a torch?
- Accessibility — barriers, contrast issues, anything that gets in the way
- Content & features — what you’d love to see more (or less) of
- Personality — does it still feel like the Gen X Files you know and (hopefully) love?
